How To Return Goods
1. Your Goods should be in their original packaging and in an unused condition to be returned, unless there is a defect.

2. You must advise us of your intention to return within 14 days of receipt of your purchase. If a multiple Goods order is placed at the same time, the 14 day period starts from the date the last Goods are received.

Items that are not required, or where you would like to exchange them can be returned to us within a Fourteen day period; with the exception of special order items, these items can still be returned but will be subject to a restocking fee.

Items you wish to return must be reported to us in writing (on our returns page or by email) within fourteen days from delivery to qualify for a refund. Please note for business and trade customers there will always be restocking fee.

Once the return has been requested we will confirm this with a returns note.

All returned items must be sent back in 100% resalable condition, items which do not meet this requirement cannot be refunded and you will be contacted to arrange collection. Packaging should not be defaced with labels or tape, and items should not be returned in a bare box.

Please note that when ordering replacements there will always be a collection and delivery charge as our couriers charge us from point to point.

5. Include in your package a signed letter / note stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

6. You have 14 days to decide whether to keep the Goods and a further 14 days from notification to us to return the Goods, at your risk and cost. Returns not carried out in accordance with these terms may not be accepted and the full sums due under the invoice may be charged in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

7. Some Goods cannot be returned if they are opened or bespoke. Please contact us for clarification if this may apply.

8. Goods that have been used, altered or fitted will not be accepted for return or exchange.

9. If your handling of the items has reduced their value (including the removal of packaging, breaking of seals, etc) then a deduction in value charge may be applied.

10. If an exchange is requested, subject to this policy and our Terms and Conditions, we may at our discretion (and subject to any reduction in value) arrange for an exchange or credit note.

11. If a refund is applicable it shall be made within 14 days, of receipt of the Goods or valid cancellation of any Services.

12. If cancellation or otherwise by the Customer is prior to the 14 day period in which to cancel, but Goods or Services have been requested prior to such period, the Customer may still cancel but will be required to pay for the Goods and/or Services that have been utilised/may not be returned at the point of cancellation (which may be up to the full value of the sums due).
